Finance minister on making India a place to do business
India's finance minister, Arun Jaitley, has told the 91福利社 that India is working hard to make his country more business-friendly. He acknowledges that there is a bit of work to do on infrastructure and bureaucracy but promises red-carpet treatment to those wishing to invest.
