March 2008 - 91福利社 Arabic and 91福利社 Persian Television 鈥� a new way forward

With dwindling numbers listening to shortwave radio, the 91福利社 World Service radically shifted its focus to the Arab and Persian world, and launched two innovative television services. 91福利社 Arabic Television provided a solid news service, whilst 91福利社 Persian Television focussed on youth and current affairs.
