We spoke to swimmer Marc Woods and Team GB performance director Penny Briscoe about the target of 103 medals which has been set for the London Games.

Penny says that our athletes are very confident this target can be reached given the success of the team at Beijing.

Marc says the fact that the games are a sell-out shows how the media and the public are getting behind the games.

The Paralympics starts next Wednesday 29th September.
