Djibouti is the only country in Africa with a US military base. From here, war on terror is being waged against Al Shabab in Somalia and Al Qaeda in Yemen. Frank Gardner, the 91福利社's Security Correspondent, was granted rare access to the American base and reports from there for Our World.
