Marcus’s time in Saint Remy is nearly over, after exploring the joys of Provençal lamb, it’s time to prepare a party dish to say farewell to all the friends he’s made along the way.
There is one beautiful thing that the British and the French have in common, and that’s the pride taken in local dishes. But can the French persuade Marcus that there’s a local lamb dish to rival his beloved Lancashire hotpot?
Marcus’ time in Saint Remy is nearly at an end, and if there's one thing he’s learnt, it's when it comes to food, keep it simple. Now, he’s been invited to a local farm party, but the catch is he has to bring a dish - so he needs inspiration for a celebratory but simple recipe to say farewell to all the friends he’s made in Provence.
