The King of Titters launches a new pirate radio station - Radio Francis! And the 91福利社 announce some cutbacks. From 1966.

The King of Titters has had a bit of luck this week when he wins the Premium Bonds.

He's been waiting for a win for so long it feels like a prize for long service.

And the 91福利社 want to see him, to explain some cutbacks.
