Three hours of classical sparkle

Sarah Walker with three hours of classical music to reflect, restore and refresh whether you鈥檙e out enjoying the autumnal colours or ticking off the to do list at home.

Today, Sarah shares a Chopin waltz that shimmers, a brilliant recording of one of Dvorak鈥檚 sprite-like symphonic dances, and a famously difficult concert piece by Monti played on the mandolin.

There鈥檚 also a piece that started life as a test for student musicians, a joyful motet by Bach, and the sublime second movement of Bruckner鈥檚 seventh symphony.

Plus, today鈥檚 Choral Reflection by Ukrainian composer Natalia Tsupryk is inspired by renewal and perseverance in times of darkness.
