Albie Sachs, Nelson Mandela, Jeffrey Archer... the literary penal tradition is an honourable one.

It now reaches its pinnacle with Sir Ralph Stanza, the poet dedicated to bringing culture to the masses, and gently explain it to them.

This is the first of Sir Ralph's audio diaries from his recent stint as poet-in-residence at a maximum security prison.

Written by and starring James Quinn.

One lucky inmate receives poetic tips, covering street culture, spelling and jokes about poets' names...
