It鈥檚 twenty years since the twin towers of the World Trade Center were reduced to dust and ash. On 9/11 in New York, Osama Bin Laden inflicted a grievous wound on the United States. This week the US is again immersed in memories of the attack and what came after. A decade ago, on the 10th anniversary of September 11, Stephen Sackur spoke to the man who was Mayor of New York City on that fateful day, Rudy Giuliani.
