Wherever you look in geopolitics today there is an overwhelming sense of uncertainty, and its not just because we鈥檙e still grappling with a global pandemic. Russian troops are massing on the Ukrainian border, China and the US are locked in cold war style hostility. Cyber-warfare makes states, systems and individuals feel newly vulnerable.
