Lynda tries a new tactic and Eddie has the rug pulled from underneath him.

Helen apologises to Kirsty for calling her an idiot in her search for Philip鈥檚 men. She also reports that Tony鈥檚 70th birthday tea went well; Tony seemed very touched by it all. Kirsty reveals she鈥檚 going to visit Gavin in prison. She admits she鈥檚 not emotionally ready to do so but she must do what she can to track down Blake, Kenzie and Jordan.
Mia and Clarrie discuss her and Eddie鈥檚 plan to renew their vows. Mia urges Clarrie to be sure their confetti is environmentally-friendly. Mia agrees to be a bridesmaid as long as she doesn鈥檛 have to wear a big dress. Clarrie flippantly refers to Mia鈥檚 interest in saving the planet and Mia is quick to say that it isn鈥檛 a phase she鈥檚 going through.
Clarrie reports to Eddie that Mia is now vegan. This doesn鈥檛 compute with Eddie: rearing animals is in the Grundy blood. Later, Mia and Eddie discuss their different outlooks. Mia apologises for being rude about Eddie鈥檚 lunchtime ham sandwiches. Eddie insists they鈥檙e actually on the same side and he gently challenges the information Mia uses for her argument.
Lynda catches up with Kirsty who ends up helping out with building the obstacle courses for tomorrow鈥檚 anti-slavery charity fundraiser. Despite Kirsty鈥檚 continued refusal, Lynda says she won鈥檛 give up with her gentle persuasion to recruit Kirsty to her Mystery Plays production. Even when Lynda changes tack and expresses her passion for the magical project, it鈥檚 still a no from Kirsty.
