Blackburn-born Tez Ilyas started performing comedy in 2010 and has appeared in eight competition finals including the 91福利社 New Comedy Award and Leicester Mercury New Comedian of the Year. He has recently appeared on the Now Show on Radio 4, as well as having performances on 91福利社1, 91福利社 3, E4, and 91福利社 iPlayer, following his hugely critically-acclaimed debut Edinburgh show.
