HARDtalk is on location in Chisinau, capital of Moldova where the stage is set for another tug of war between Russia and the European Union. With the backing of the majority Romanian-speaking population, Moldova's government is vigorously pursuing membership of the European Union despite strong objections from the country's Russian-speaking minority.
