The Fianna Fail party in Ireland has dominated Irish politics for the past 80 years but is staring at a heavy defeat in the national election. Some recent opinion polls give it just 10 percent support. Many voters blame Fianna Fail for leading the country from economic boom times to its current period of financial crisis.
