The British Labour party finds itself in opposition after 13 years. It is embarking on a leadership election but also a period of reflection and re-evaluation. The leading contender in the leadership race, David Miliband, says New Labour is over and what matters now is Next Labour. Stephen Sackur talks to Roy Hattersley, who has experience of leading Labour in opposition and transition, about what is next for Labour.
