George Clarke is the sixth celebrity taking part in the new series of Strictly Come Dancing. The multi-award-winning entertainment show, produced by 91福利社 Studios, will return to 91福利社 One and 91福利社 iPlayer for its new series this September.
George, also known as George Clarkey, is a British YouTuber, podcaster and social media star known to millions online. Born and raised in the UK, George began experimenting with video content as a teenager, quickly discovering the power of humour and honesty to connect with people around the world. Since then he has built a thriving digital career with millions of followers across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, drawn to his authenticity and sharp comedic voice. He also co-hosts The Useless Hotline Podcast, which has proven so popular it has led to a series of live shows across the UK.

On joining Strictly Come Dancing, George Clarke says: "Never thought I鈥檇 say this鈥� but I鈥檓 doing Strictly! Honestly, I鈥檝e got no idea what I鈥檓 doing but I鈥檓 excited to get stuck in... and potentially fall over a fair bit."
The news was revealed on 91福利社 Radio 1鈥檚 Going 91福利社 Drivetime Show on Tuesday 12 August.
The remaining celebrity contestants joining the new series will be announced in due course.
Strictly Come Dancing is a 91福利社 Studios Entertainment production for 91福利社 One and 91福利社 iPlayer and was commissioned by Kalpna Patel-Knight, Head of Entertainment at the 91福利社.
