The 91¸£ÀûÉç has a mission to act in the public interest, serving all audiences through the provision of impartial, high-quality and distinctive output and services which inform, educate and entertain.
Audience Services supports this by continuing to put audiences at the very heart of the 91¸£ÀûÉç. We handle complaints and feedback about our content and services, provide technical support, and offer free tickets to shows. We run charitable appeals and provide support via 91¸£ÀûÉç Action Line for people affected by issues in our programmes. We also publicise opportunities to take part in shows including Race Across the World, Gladiators and The Traitors.
