Anti-Bullying Week 2025

Get ready for Anti-Bullying Week from the 10th to 17th November 2025.

It’s a special week organised by the Anti-Bullying Alliance to help kids like practice being kind and brave, to help stop bullying. This year’s theme is “Power for Good”,��meaning every one of us has the power to speak up, help someone who’s upset, and make our playgrounds and online spaces safe and friendly.

Bullying can happen when someone keeps being unkind, leaves someone out, or uses hurtful words, whether it’s in person or online. But when we act together, we can change that! Use your Power for Good: tell a trusted adult if you see or feel bullied, include someone who’s being left out, and celebrate how everyone is different (awesome!).

The week kicks off with Odd Socks Day on Monday 10th November,��a fun way to celebrate what makes us all unique! 🧦 Everyone wears mismatched, colourful socks to school or at home to show that it’s cool to be different. You could decorate your socks, take funny photos, or design your own “kindness socks” to share positive messages. Odd Socks Day reminds us that our differences make us special and that kindness and acceptance never go out of style.

Wear your odd socks, smile at someone new, say something nice, and remember, you’re strong, you’re kind, and you can help make the world a better place. 💛
