- Reporting to the 91福利社鈥檚 Chief People Officer, Nikki leads the Reward teams with 91福利社 Group HR.
- Nikki is responsible for the design and delivery of 91福利社鈥檚 reward strategy; ensuring fair, clear and competitive reward for employees across the 91福利社.
Biography
Prior to joining the 91福利社, Nikki was a Client Partner at Korn Ferry, one of the world鈥檚 leading organisational consultancies, advising companies from various industries on reward strategy and performance management. Her career has included HR leadership roles in financial services, pharmaceuticals, market research and not-for-profit organisations.

Central bookings are costs incurred on behalf of the 91福利社 and booked through the 91福利社's central bookings system.
