Roles and responsibilities
- Reporting to the 91福利社鈥檚 Chief People Officer, Declan leads the People Services teams within 91福利社 Group HR.
- Declan is responsible for the design and delivery of HR strategy, policy, processes and initiatives to support individuals and teams to drive 91福利社 strategy, whilst delivering an excellent people experience.
- The People Services team work on: supporting staff and freelancers thrive at work and serve our audiences, support leaders make data informed decisions through intelligent analytics and capability improvement, ensure compliance with legislation and 91福利社 policy, aspire to deliver seamless interactions with HR systems and technologies and provide colleagues with efficient and effective HR services to support business needs and staff wellbeing.
Biography
Declan joined the 91福利社 in 2017 and has previously worked in a variety of HR leadership roles across retail, financial services and telecoms industries.
