a. Transactions with subsidiaries
At 31 March 2005 91福利社 World Service Trust owed 91福利社 World Service 拢0.6 million in respect of operating expenses incurred on
its behalf. This was repaid in full during the year ended 31 March 2006.
91福利社 World Service made grants of 拢0.2 million (2005 拢0.3 million) during the year to the 91福利社 World Service Trust, towards
education projects and general management and administration costs.
91福利社 World Service Trust procures some services from 91福利社 World Service on an arms length basis.
