Good enough advice, but for poor
students the fact remains you WILL get
into debt. I didn't drink, smoke or have
wild nights out. I still couldn't really
afford Uni and lived in complete
poverty. I spent my time at the library as
sitting and reading did not burn up too
much engery and I would therefore feel
less light-headed through lack of food.
Remember when the talk was of
student poverty on the grant instead of
student debt? How much tougher,
nastier and more difficult the world is
becoming. So much for 'we have it
better than our parents'. Not any more!
