How do I report a fault?

If you want to tell us about a 91�� Sounds or 91�� iPlayer Radio fault that is not listed in our FAQs, please use our webform by clicking Contact Us below.

Alternatively, if you are experiencing problems loading clips from 91�� Online outside of 91�� Sounds, 91�� iPlayer Radio or 91�� iPlayer, you can use the fault report form to report a fault or other error (select 'Report a fault or error on a 91�� website' from the drop-down). You will need to give the website address (URL) of the page you were visiting when you found the fault or mistake.

We try to keep our Help Site up to date with the latest issues and guidance. However, there will be times when you can’t find an answer to your question or you’ll need to contact us if you’re experiencing an issue that’s not listed. Here's how to get in touch:

Live Chat

Can I contact you using Live Chat?

Yes, you can. With Live Chat, you can have a conversation with a 91�� Sounds support agent to help solve any problems or answer your questions quickly. Live Chat is available every day during fixed hours.

When is Live Chat available?

We’re open between 4:15pm and midnight every day, although there will be times when we need to pop out for a quick break. When this happens the Live Chat icon will be unavailable until we’re back.

And if all our agents are engaged in conversations at the same time, the Live Chat icon won’t be displayed - we don’t want to keep you hanging around. Try again later or use the contact form to get in touch.

How do I use Live Chat?

Across the help site, just click on the Live Chat icon (on the right of the page) and you’re off! Remember, the icon will only appear between 4:15pm and midnight and when one of our agents is available.

When we don’t know the answer...
