At 884m (2900ft) Beinn Artair is a Corbett. Located in the Arrochar Alps near the head of Loch Long, it is a popular climb which offers spectacular views and a challenging scramble at the summit.
The origins of the hill's common name of The Cobbler are explained in a featuring climber Claire Macleod, recorded for 91¸£ÀûÉç Scotland Landward in December 2007.
