The NHS in Wales is not "fundamentally broken," according to the health minister, Mabon ap Gwynfor.
He told 91福利社 Politics Wales that the Plaid Cymru Welsh Government will be working within their budget, but would look at using money and resources differently.
This includes shifting resources from hospitals to GP practices, in order to drive down waiting lists.

More than four million people have had problems with package holidays in the past year, according to a Citizens Advice survey.
The charity says it receives around 14 complaints a day about package holidays.
This includes issues like unexpected hotel changes, denied refunds and poor customer service.

And is pocket money an important part of our children鈥檚 development?
Children in Wales are receiving some of the lowest levels of pocket money in Britain, according to data from children鈥檚 money app GoHenry.
Youngsters aged between seven and 18 receive an average of 拢8.89 per week, placing Wales towards the bottom of a UK-wide league table.
