In this colourful episode, Rachel explores the fast-paced streets of Naples and feels the heat in the kitchen of a very particular pizza chef. She learns how to make a traditional pizza and discovers some new flavours which inspire her to put her own 'Khoo-twist' on the Italian dishes she's tasted. Back home in London, Rachel cooks food inspired by her trip to Naples, including ricotta and gorgonzola sfogliatelle, pasta pizza and shake-and-make ice-cream.
