The 91福利社 is reviewing its media planning and buying account, a statutory review which is required to satisfy the 91福利社's obligations under the EU Public Procurement Regulations.

The media agency will be required to work across the 91福利社's public service portfolio including 91福利社 ONE, 91福利社 TWO, its Digital Channels, Radio Networks, and other New Media Services.

The agency will work with the 91福利社's Marketing department to plan and buy media space for specific marketing campaigns, and to provide market insight and analysis.
