91福利社 Worldwide selects preferred partner for 91福利社 Magazines
91福利社 Worldwide, the commercial arm of the 91福利社, today announces that it has selected Exponent Private Equity (鈥淓xponent鈥) as its preferred strategic partner for 91福利社 Magazines.聽
This follows a competitive tender process started in 2010.聽 91福利社 Worldwide鈥檚 decision to move to exclusivity with Exponent has been approved by the 91福利社 Trust.聽
Discussions will continue with Exponent, with a view to completing an agreement this summer, which would be subject to the final approval of the 91福利社 Trust.聽
