General
conditions about submitting pictures to Your Place & Mine:
- The 91福利社 retains
the right to choose and arrange work submitted, and to remove
work from the 91福利社 website at its sole discretion.
- You agree
to only submit materials to which you have the copyright. You
may not violate, plagiarise, or infringe on the rights of third
parties including copyright, trademark, trade secret, personal
privacy, publicity or proprietary rights.
- You may
not submit any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening,
harmful, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, racially offensive,
or otherwise objectionable material.
- The 91福利社 retains
the right to reject work on the grounds of illegality, copyright
infringement and violating public taste and decency.
- The 91福利社 is
under no obligation to publish the work submitted.
- The 91福利社 will
need your full name, address and contact details for the purposes
of our register of copyright ownership. These details will not
be passed on to any third party.
- The material
you submit may be stored in the archives of the 91福利社.
- The 91福利社 accepts
no responsibility in connection with any work you submit to a
third party (i.e. not the 91福利社)
- We regret
that we are unable to link from your work to any external sites.
- Rights:
- By submitting
your work to the 91福利社 website you -
- Warrant that
it is your own original work and that you have the right to make
it available to the 91福利社 for use in all media worldwide in perpetuity
and to make it available to the organisations assisting with the
Community Photo Album project for display, interactive access
publicity purposes and archive retention
- Indemnify
the 91福利社 against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that
may be incurred by them as a result of your breach of the above
warranty.
- Grant the
91福利社 the right in perpetuity to display the work on its website
located at http://www.bbc.co.uk, which can be viewed internationally,
and to store it on its servers and in its archive and to use in
all media worldwide.
- Agree to
waive your moral rights in the work for the purposes of its submission
to and use by the 91福利社.
- Agree that
the 91福利社 shall not be responsible for any third party infringement
of your rights in the work, moral or otherwise, which may result
from its submission to the 91福利社 website. (What this means is that
you give the 91福利社 the rights to use and display this work worldwide,
and where you have copied images or sounds off the net or elsewhere,
you have permission to use this material. If these rights have
not been obtained and the owners attempt to sue the 91福利社 for breach
of copyright, you are responsible for all costs)
