Staying with friends in Hamburg, I went to see the Hamburg football club HSV play Barcelona in a friendly game. Appreciative of a cracking shot from Kevin Keegan in his first game for Hamburg, I shouted gut geschissen! Oh dear. Instead of gut geschossen, "good shot", I had used the past participle of scheissen - which means "to s**t".
