BOULEY BAY

Bouley Bay

Bouley Bay is another small north coast harbour. It is particularly good for competent swimmers.

parking:	Very limited parking, with a few spaces down on the pier. Otherwise there is roadside parking at the bottom of the hill.
refreshments:	There is a bar and a beach cafe.
toilets:	Yes
swimming:	Good swimmers only. The beach shelves steeply and the water is deep.
sunshine:	Like Bonne Nuit, the beach loses the sun in late afternoon as it drops behind the cliffs, and gets it back close to sunset.
shelter:	The cliffs shelter the bay from all but onshore breezes.
sand:	None - this is a shingle beach.
beach sports:	None, but there is a scuba diving centre here.
