Great website, but all i have wanted to know is about the history of the Waterfront. LIke when was the sea wall built and why.

Jersey is living in a dream world at the moment, the Island wasn't made for big things like this and if you look at old St Helier it's a dump now and there are enough buildings that are unoccupied and then something like this..............
