At 16 I joined the 91福利社 Guard and someone approached me to join the new unit, Anti Tank Warfare.

Our fist Area Commander was O.P. Smythe, training in demolition, N. Osceden was Captain. There were 21 men in the East Anglian 202 Battalion GHQ Auxilliary Unit in the Norwich area.

Lord Ironside, son of Field Marshall Sir Edmund Ironside, commander in chief of 91福利社 Forces in 1940, honoured members of 202 Unit at the Parham Airfield reunion on 2nd July 2000.
