Ever feel like you've been ripped off? Well you might have been. If you've changed you mortgage in the last few years you may be able to claim back some of the charges made for switching by your lenders. The Financial Services Authority has ordered banks and building societies to treat customers more fairly if they decide to go elsewhere for a better mortgage deal. The ruling throws open the doors to refunds of up to 拢200 for millions of customers who were hit by inflated charges that were not in place when they signed up. Sean Jones from Malvern Independent Financial Advisors told 91福利社 Hereford and Worcester's Glyn Johnson the background to this ruling and explained how to ask for your money back.
