This was a very brief report about Semenya, which referred to 鈥渢he world鈥檚 best known hyperandrogenic athlete鈥 who was disputing 鈥済ender verification tests鈥. In the ECU鈥檚 view this was sufficient to inform listeners who Semenya was and there was no prospect listeners would have been materially misled by the absence of further information.
