Roles and responsibilities

  • Reporting to the 91福利社鈥檚 Chief People Officer, Katie leads the Organisational Strategies team within 91福利社 Group HR.
  • The team is responsible for leading operating model design and organisational design across the 91福利社.

Biography

Katie has a career in HR spanning 24 years and prior to working at the 91福利社, held a number of positions in global FTSE 100 companies within the Financial Services industry. She has extensive experience leading business transformation, integration and restructuring programmes and has held roles leading teams across Business Partnering and Internal Communications and Engagement. Katie is a member of the CIPD and is a mentor to a range of individuals including high school students.
